As mentioned earlier those appear to be high spots when they applied the Opti-Coat (or Opti-Guard). I'm no expert, but I really don't think they'll go away on their own.

I Opti-Coated my BRZ and was careful not to leave any high-spots. Applying this is not hard and doing it right won't leave any spots.
