How do people manage the logistics of two sets of tires, especially for people living in apartments? Where do you store the ones you're not using? Do most people have two sets of complete wheels/tires or just the tires?
(Where I live, temps are 90% >40F and next to never much below 28-30F, so people around here use the same tires year round.)
