Well start with ~$4K for the headlights at least for the JDM/Euro 86/BRZ units. I'm not sure what you're wanting to do since you are in WA. Do you want the US spec BRZ headlights or the Euro ones?
I think there are some modules needed or disabled since the height is opposite. I know Specialized Performance did the 86 conversion as well.
