Actually I was thinking a lot about debadging and the concept has a groove on the hood like so to fit the badges (This is the Road & Track vers.):
I would want to debadge it but seeing the bodywork has a small indent specifically made for the badge has made me think it would look awkward when debadged. If that's the case, I'll just swap for Toyota since the car is made by Toyota and is a Toyota outside of NA. I feel it should be a Toyota because this car is supposed to be a modern-day AE86 and the AE86 wasn't a Scion AE86, it was a Toyota AE86.
