Good idea. I hope this makes things better all around for you and customer.
I gave it a try - one thing that wasn't obvious to me though, is there a place for us to put our PayPal transaction ID in? I don't see it on the account set up, nor on a ticket submission, yet when you search for existing tickets, it has that field showing up unpopulated.
