Yes, according to a Michelin news article,

"The hybrid 770hp Porsche 918 Spyder featured Martini livery and ran on Michelin Sport Cup+ tires (front: 20 inches / rear: 21 inches) as it completed the daunting 20.832km circuit in 7m14s, comfortably under the targeted 7m22s."

Although it says Cup+, which is a version of the old one, the tread design of the new tire on the 918 matches the Cup 2 we see here. But because the Cup 2 has not been announced by Michelin yet, they say Cup+ in the article.
