Wether its the screws for the heat shield, or velocity stack. Lucky they didnt end up in one of my tires. Its gotten to the point that i went to home depot and got all stainless steel phillps screws to replace the hex ones and havent had a problem since.

Yeah I never used the stock screws from day one. Installed stainless screws with matching locking washers. Never had an issue, done right the first time! Airaid should have had some forsight on that one, but it's a simple fix
