That's a good piece of a kit, but it made a big difference since the gd chassis impreza uses rear struts. There's a LOT more to gain from rear bracing on that car than the BRZ/FR-S with its rear shocks. IMO bracing the trunk on this car is not that useful. There probably will be a small difference, but a big trunk cage is overkill IMO.

in that case maybe reinforce the locations where the rear cross member attaches to the chassis (where ever that point may be)?
