7 miles isn't that much considering he's diagnosing the car to see if he can replicate the problem. maybe he was milking it a bit, but if he acted professionally (no racing, no laughing, no hard launches) throughout the drive then I don't see you having much of a case.

aha, and if the tech guy was drifting your car within 30 degrees angle limit and not more , then it's as how it prescribed in the service bulletin haha

does your dashcam record yaw-g-sensor angle digits embeeded in the video? that would be just great to show the man done wrong
