I have filled out the form, twice. The second time was to send you correct information (as per request) because my dongle ID was entered in wrong the first time. You fixed my license issue a few weeks ago and got a tune sent to me, but the tune was not configured to my car. I emailed you back (by replying to the same email you sent to me, so it should not have gotten spam filtered) with a screen capture of the error, and a guess that the tune was configured to my incorrect dongle ID.
I probably emailed you one more time since then but decided to hold off because on the forums you said you were busy and working your way down through the emails and forms (and you were away at SEMA for a few days as well)
I will email you again ASAP with the same screen caps I emailed you with earlier so you can see the error code and compile a new tune for me. I can't take personal calls at work, but I can easily respond to emails. I am sure we can figure it out through this method.
Thanks for getting back to me.

Not have any tune for over a month is more of a burning issue and do not understand why your not calling me. I'm busy, but not busy enough where you shouldn't have a tune.
I most likely have a wrong email address for you. Email your phone number and ill call you when I'm off my call
