I've been following every post, to see if things are getting better before I purchase a tune. But, there never seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. With other great tuners on this forum, I just can't see myself using this tune. Too many variables to keep track of. Do I have a tune that could brick my ECU? Am I supposed to call John? or email? or fill out the form? or PM? or post on this thread? ...crap, I pissed off John - no tune for me. ...crap, I filled out the form twice, John will now ignore me. ...crap, I missed John's call after waiting by the phone for 6hrs.
I feel for all of you, but there is NO reason any of you guys should be "apologizing" to John. You are the consumer. You're doing the best you can to follow his process. This is the most ridiculous process I have ever witnessed, trying to purchase and get a product.

It's not a process - you buy and get a tune. You want a update or have a issue, you fill the form out.
Your car is on fire call me, once.
Pretty simple to me
