do it once a week,washing it after winter is over will be too late! the process has already started!



if ya don't wash it regular throughout the winter,it'll be chewed up in probably less than 3 years,especially if your municipality uses the "liquid" de-icer
on the roads! that sh*t is brutal on metal,luckily most cities can't use it,because it's cost prohibitive.

You don't need to wash hit every week, specially if it's under the freezing temperature. You're just adding water to salt and there's no weather for the water to evaporate. It's not going to help that much at all.
