So if you take a key in there and turn it, will it do nothing? The wires are completly disconnected from the switch. So it will do nothing.
What do you plan on doing in order to disable the power steering lock?

The steering lock is mechanical and is activated by the lock cyl. I plan on removing the cyl. once my Bypass module comes in. Should be here Friday! I will try to make a better DIY once I confirm it does what i want it to do.
