2 Years ago I was using Passport 8500x. Worked like a charm and saved me about a GOOOD 2 close ass calls. Then I upgraded to the Passport 9500xx whatever the blue screen one. Highway works just as good as the 8500x(not any better but about the same). However, when I went to cali this detector will literally catch ALL speedtraps and red light cameras and everything! Very impressed. But, I get most concerned speeding on the highway so I am about to upgrade to the Passport REDLINE. Same price as the 9500x
but from what I've read, the redline will catch any detections WAY BEFORE any other passport detectors. Which is exactly what I need for road trips and highway driving.

I feel as if radar detectors are pretty much pointless in city driving. UNLESS, you live in a place where they have a lot of "Red Light Cams" and local "Speed Traps". In vegas, they don't have that shit. Only like a few places but still very few. That's why I am about to upgrade to the REDLINE!
