You need a vastly different tune for E85 vs 91/92/93. you will also need some bigger injectors and pump to run a boosted E85 setup.

If you tried running 91/92/93 on the E85 tune, you would run VERY rich. Also you would need to reduce the boost and or ignition timing advance. Since the whole point of E85 is to let you run more boost and/or timing. Pump gas will knock under those conditions l.
