You can but, but until that gallon is done drive EASY. If you can avoid uphill driving on severe inclines. It's only a gallon it's not like you're filling your tank with it so you'll be fine. Just know that preignition is no joke, I've seen holes punched through pistons because of it. Like wu_dot said, if you can get your hands on some octane booster use it
