FYI
In Canada winter floor mats are now standard with all 2013 Toyota and Scion Models. Thats from the parts department of my local Toyota Scion Dealer.
As for option available in Canada....sadly its way disappointing at this point.
I made a point of calling Scion Canada to complain about our exclusion from the "Optomize Scion" program.
On the plus side...thats forced me to look at the aftermarket for the first time in my life and quite frankly i think i've done pretty good so far following that route.
