Those guys were recommended via AVO, which is fairly hard to go past. I also have had multiple recommendations for them when I was going to tune my Rex.

I doubt it will be that expensive, maybe a few hundred. I'd imagine it won't be much, if any more expensive than a road worthyness inspection is.
