What do you mean "on the other end of what [he] ordered"? He only ordered the connector, there is no other end. He'll cut off the factory connector, pin in the H11 he listed, and plug that into the new fogs. The plug you linked to is also an H11, but the clips are incorrect and it's overpriced. Not to mention unnecessary.
