Does that apply to all dealerships and/or employees? Of course not...but a cliche becomes a cliche for a reason.

I had a sales manager(MANAGER mind you) try to convince me that the price on his computer screen($24200) was the cars invoice price rather than the base MSRP for a manual FR-S. I told the guy to just check Scions own website where it is clearly displayed as the base MSRP, he still wouldn't relent and kept insisting that is what the dealership paid for the car.
Sheer ignorance or deliberate lie? Who cares, I won't be spending my money there, especially after he told me directly they will not order any FR-S how the customer wants, only how they want it.

i went to Middletown from the advice from another member on here. they had exactly what i wanted and didnt beat around the bush.
gave me a good price on the car. color i wanted. they even stayed an hour after they closed. which it was a friday afternoon at 6pm they close. they stayed there to talk about a price and go over a loan application and what not till after 7:15. great service. at that same moment they put a SOLD sign in the car and said shes all yours just get your insurance and you can come pick it up whenever.
