Alright I am having this same issue as well, I was wondering if anyone has solved this yet?
If anyone could enlighten me as how I am supposed to read the fuel% while on map 4.
Is it supposed to be located under the mpg or the avg mpg (I see numbers that bounce between 85-95 while on the mpg screen, is this the fuel level just bouncing around because the gas sloshes around while driving?)
Also is the fuel level supposed to show up while the car is not moving? same goes for the air/fuel on map 3.
Any information would be greatly appreciated as this is not a highly covered topic and not much info on this.
