I've been following the thread pretty closely actually
To clarify - I'm curious whether the base map that comes with the kit is basically 'plug and play', i.e. Set and forget it, ready for the street, track or whatever you want to throw at it...or whether it's intended as a basic tune just to get you running until you can get to someone who can do a custom tune for your particular car.
Not my first rodeo with custom tuned turbo cars. The definition of a 'base map' varies greatly. Most times you'll benefit from a fine tune and you're almost always obligated to adjust any base tune to your particular car and driving conditions.
Then again, things are always progressing.
So, I'm thnk (hope) my question was legit. No offense meant.
