1. Power numbers have been mentioned a number of times, only a few posts back,

3. Tuning is via an AVO EcuTek tune. So no tuning needed and AVO have said many times, this is the base map on a stage 1 kit, so there will be more development and tuning to come.
AVO have been good enough to give us the insight they have, all the details are available in this thread...
