It's called "Forced Scaling" which is usually turned on, I think the guys @ AVO were much too excited in putting out the information. That said, if you're used to reading it right, the information isn't inaccurate, just a little more thinking required to get the information.

BTW, that car in your dyno graph was also on our dyno for the "dyno dash" article in Modified Mag if you want to see the difference in readings between the various mainstream dynos.
