Flexfuel is reserved for the fleet models. Eg. the Focus and v6 Fusion were and still are popular fleet cars.
I don't know about the v6 but I'd assume that since it has the Ti-VCT system that it would make a few more HP on premium. The Ti-VCT does adjust for the fuel octane from what I've seen/heard.
Although it doesn't say that on Ford's website...
