Negative.
The 86's and BRZ's are complied for Australia at the factory before they leave Japan. Thus making them 2012 Built/ 2012 Complied.
One of the only cars i know that is done this way. If you want confirmation ask any member who already has a car to compare their build and compliance plate dates.
