Went to a 2nd Subaru dealer to buy the wheel locks. The parts guy reached behind behind him, grabbed the wheel locks and handed them to me.
Same day, different dealers, different experiences. There just seems to be so much confusion at some of these places.

This makes me laugh. When I bought my car back in July I was told there were no wheel locks. Then later (same day/same hour!) that they had them and they would cost $75. So I told them I would pay them $28 for them (I read that Subaru's costs are $28 for wheel locks) and they just said yes. Go figure...
