Seriously, though, based on what many are saying, the very first thing I'd do would be brake fluid upgrade. People say consistently that the brakes in these cars overheat easily. After that, brake pads.

I swapped my brake fluid out with Motul RBF 600 and took her out to the track, no brake fade what so ever. Best 60 bucks ever. While your in there might as well swap out your clutch fluid too.
