One thing to note, Ca-Fi has two units that look identical. The 620800 and the 621000. The lower one has a resistive touch screen, 800MHz cpu, Android 2.2 and no Torque support. The higher one is the one I got. Judging by the price on the eBay one, I feel it might be the lower end model. If it has a resistive screen, you'll know which one it is.

It appears to have the 1ghz cpu and the 512 ram, as well as android 2.3 according to the listing. So I am hovering over the buy now button, though I might wait until Skorov hears back from the seller.
