Step 1: Go to cars.com and see how many cars are in your area at local dealerships (Be wiling to drive a bit, 50-100 miles isn't that bad)
Step 2: Contact the internet sales or fleet manager (these guys make most of their money based on volume and turnover) at the dealership(s) and say "I want this...I am willing to pay this, no more..."
Step 3: Get on a waitlist at places that don't add msrp mark-ups or bs add-on accessories (waiting a month or two isn't that bad, people drop off the waitlist all the time)
Step 4: One of these options will pan out...Enjoy your car...
