imo 23k is about right. 25-26k with popular options such as an upgraded speaker system, body kit, etc. sounds about right as well.
it would be suicide to sell it without AC or no power windows and doors so that's basically a given that the car will have it.
the thing about the car is that it can use the "it's an enthusiast car" excuse to cut features and sell it cheaper than if it were loaded with gadgets. to us enthusiasts, we embrace it. to the average joe it may seem spartan, however it also ups the "cool factor". and that may actually be a selling point. depends on how they market it.
