Understandable. It's a decent comparison but taking into account that the FR-S is going to feature direct injection which boosts combustion efficiency by a ridiculous amount and affords a much higher combustion ratio, it'll be interesting to see how the FR-S turns out. I'm not a Honda guy but I believe that absent a conversion the S2K uses vtec instead of iVTEC; if the FR-S ends up coming with VVTLi then you're looking at a more aggresive torque curve given VVT's native cam phasing (what the S2K lacks) and VVTLi's added cam lifting (what the S2K already has, but only makes a difference at higher RPM's)
