That article is too good to be true honestly. A purpose built car, with a rep from Subaru saying "unforgiving ride" and more performance for the value? Too good to be true. If the next WRX does end up like that though, and in that 26-30k price range, it's going to sell like mad.

I agree they should wait and see what they hear on the next WRX, I know it also has my attention now as well. Even though this car sounds good, especially if the price of this coupe line comes close to the new WRX, it would be hard to pass up on the Rex for the perfomance it will bring at that price tag. And, the WRX is said to be lighter than before, which tbh, the old one's weight wasn't as bad on the brakes anyways (which if you're an enthusiast you're swapping in different pads anyways). The old WRX understeered, hopefully the new one will be more like the Evo which does not.
