Wow its amazing you guys get compensation. Over here I had eight visits to a bmw garage for the same issue and it still wasn't fixed, ending up selling the car at a massive loss. Other dealers kerbing wheels, knocking geos out, putting miles on cars and zero chance of any compensation, in fact I had to fix the kerbed wheel and get geos done myself. In this country they don't walk around the car with you to check for damage when you leave it with them, so if its damaged when you pick it up its your damage.
