Remoted with John and he applied the tune to my ECU. Precentage went all the way to 100% but it came up as error afterwards we couldn't even see the ECU with the cable. So I took my ECU out just moments ago thanks to @ Hawaiian great DIY

Oh man, was hoping you guys could solve this without removing your ecu
