One other option that could make it even easier, depending on how far ECUTek wants to take it, rather than automatically emailing the maps to the user, it could be setup so that the updated maps are sent to ECUTek. Then the next time that dongle ID runs ECUTek update it would automatically downloaded any new maps associated with that ID.
Just spitballing, but there's a ton of opportunity for time savings in there somewhere.
