As i dont have any guys at Toyota dealership - im mostly talking with Guys at Subaru. And as i know a tech section guy there - i will be getting some news pretty soon i guess about this 'fix' and so on... Cuz i told them that im a bit worried if somthing pops up on mine (i dont wanna know price of ECU or VVTi gear....)  If somthing goes wrong on mine - i guess im gonna trow EJ25 in there and forget all the troubles... |
Look under the hood and see if you have one of these (see photo).
I believe that this indicates that the ECU has been flashed before the car was delivered, although I haven't been able to verify it. The part number "SU003-04522" is the ECU, and I would think that the 2A1JA00C might identify the flash part number. If anyone can verify this I would appreciate it.
