I received a call from the Subaru rep to follow up and was provided with the following:
- 1 month's payment
- Gold Plus Added Security Extended Service Contract (7-year/100,000-mile/$0 deductible)
- 2-year/24,000-mile maintenance plan
Overall, I'm am very pleased with how proactive Subaru of America has been to try and make me whole again. This definitely makes me feel much better about my purchase after the heartburn with the initial starting problems.
