First I want to apologize for the delay and issues you had with us. This is not how we like to do business at all. I always want to make sure customers are happy with our service and receive the best in the industry. If our customers aren't happy then we aren't happy.
I am going to make this up to you. I will be sending out another antenna your way first thing on Monday. I can assure you the first one was sent but when we send orders to Canada they have to go out via USPS. A lot of them have been getting lost and insurance claims take forever, on top of the fact that we cannot get tracking numbers for international shipping, which is beyond me.
I'm going to refund you completely for the antenna and will get one out to you free of charge. You should have it in 3-11 days as that is what the time is calculated on USPS website.
Please post all questions you have here as well so everything is public.
