Come to Canada. In Ontario a Honda Civic SI is more expensive to insure than a Mustang GT! No I'm not kidding. The Civic is the highest selling car in Canada for 20 years in a row and the most stolen. Ontario has the highest insurance rates of any state or province in North America.
