Well, should have thought that before getting a 25K car right? The track pipe is only $99. If there is no money to buy that, I think it can be safely assumed there is no money to pay 25K for a car. don't you agree?
(All of this meaning, if you wanted to mod the car you cold have gotten a cheaper one, and mod that one, OR once you were set on buying the car you could have done assessment of your finances and decided then and there if having the finances so tight was worth it at the trade off of not having anymore money for mods).
