I ran Wintermark Magnagrip (discontinued) studded tires for a few seasons, then got a set of Hankook Winter iPike W409 tires, which also work very well; they are studdable but I opted not to this time. I've turned into a bit of a Hankook fanboy as of late... great performance tires at a very decent price
