Not pissed off, and wasnt a digg at you either. Just making people aware they arent completely powerless.

I definitely abide by the "more fly's with honey than vinegar" approach and when dealing with a company in regard to a fault its always in a polite calm manner and i give them the opportunity to do it their way first.

And agree with the comments regarding the dealer. My dealer is AWESOME, he's getting an 86 as well (stuck on the same wait list as many on here) so we talk about it whenever i need to come in. They drop me off at work when my car is in getting serviced and they deliver it back to my work in the afternoon when they're done.
