It is truly sad that an automobile company such as Subaru puts their dealerships ahead of their customers.
In my case I have been waiting over six months for my BRZ, only because I went to the local dealer. Had I gone just 20 miles south to another dealership that sells more cars I would have had my car in July.
SOA has told me it's a way of rewarding dealerships for previous sales. Customers who put their hard earned money down are left speculating when, if ever, there car will arrive. I was told August, then September, then October, now November.
A company that does business like this in America should be out of business, as far as I'm concerned. Subaru your customer service is nothing more than dealership stroking. I've been stroked, to put it mildly.
Perhaps the company logo should not be filled with stars, but the silhouette of a customer being bent over and rammed by the dealership.
Allocations my ass!
