The easiest way to feel the push into your seat is to have a really high car that pitches backwards. Same way that a car with a ton of brake dive makes you perceive deceleration more. The lower the car, the lower the center of gravity, and the longer the wheelbase, the less you'll feel the same rate of acceleration. To get a low sports car is to give up some of that acceleration feel for actual quickness.
