You're not the only one. I drove my FR-S straight through to Atlantic City the week after I bought it (150 miles), and when I got out of the car, my back was NOT happy.
Honestly, the seats are one of my favorite, yet most hated things on this car. Not having a positional memory makes me nuts, and the discomfort on really long trips is exactly that: uncomfortable.
Once I rally up some cash, I plan on looking into a set of Recaros. I absolutely love the support and look of the stock seats, but I need a seat that offers that support, with a bit more functionality.
