Look at some of Bride or Recaro's non-extreme-performance seats. Both companies are known for their race buckets that squeeze you like a clamp, but they also make some more relaxed options that are still kinda sporty as well.

For example...
Recaro Sports
Bride Euro or Euroster

Just be aware that 99.999% of aftermarket seating will eliminate the side airbag you have in the stock seat. Only one I've seen that comes with its own airbag is the Recaro Sportster CS version imported from Europe (the US model does NOT have the universal airbag option). But from what I hear, that seat is as constricting as the stock one, so it may not work for you.
