Update: I finally got around to installing my USDM 2013 Corolla rear badge (Toyota part number
90975A2003) on the front of the FR-S. Like the previous posters, I can confirm that the pegs line up perfectly and the dimensions are identical.
On the car, it looks great. IMO, the chrome of the emblem really blends well with the chrome in the headlight fixtures and compliments the silver paint of the car:

This is the Toyota "T" emblem for the REAR of the 2012-13 Corolla but I can confirm it is the exact size and shape as the FRONT emblem of our FR-S. I still havent decided if I want to switch out the front emblem, but now I that I have it in hand, I have the option.
Why did I not investigate changing out the rear emblem? Because I already changed that out to something different:
