I've been driving cars like my other 2 cars (dual carbs or individual throttle bodies) for about 10 years and using manual transmission so I'm so used to that instant response. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean this car is bad car but i really wish new modern cars still has that same throttle response.

I know exactly what you mean and some cars have a shocking delayed response but the 86 is very quick compared to most of them. I was told the ECU capacity has a lot do with it. A small capacity ECU takes longer to compute the command it needs to make from the throttle pedal position, so there's a longer delay. I had a Corolla for a while and found it hard to drive because the delay was so marked. You could tap the throttle and nothing would happen, then the engine would do a rev! The engine revved during gear changes because it was so far behind what was /had already happened.
Don't let it put you off, it's a tiny delay on the 86 and there are aftermarket throttle pedal units that boost that signal to make it virtually instantaneous. I'm sure there will be one for us too.
