I think back to when this first started and getting lied to by the dealer. The sales guy made it clear that the Sales manager was trying to get me a new car. After a few days I talked to the sales manager directly, no case had been started and he said he can't just give me another car without Scion's approval. I started a case and Scion rep said they don't give dealers permission to replace cars. How am I supposed to be happy with service like that. Then every step of the process about when parts were to arrive, when the car would be ready, etc, have been wrong. Scion rep hasn't really helped much at all. Just recyling bad information. It's almost like a challenge to see if I'll ever get this car back.
